We ship Australia-wide.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a shipping email with tracking information once it has been dispatched.

Australian shipping

• Standard shipping: $15 flat rate, delivered in 5-8 business days (not including unexpected delays)
• Free standard shipping on orders over $150

International shipping

We currently only ship within Australia. Stay tuned for international shipping in the future.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking link in your shipping email to follow your parcel. If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@soveya.com.au and we'll look into it.
